Updated Policy for Stock and Special Order Items

Stock Item Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- A valid invoice must be provided with all returns.

- Items must be in new and unused condition to qualify.

- A restocking fee may apply.

Special Orders

- All special order sales are final and not eligible for return.

- However, we are happy to work with both you and the manufacturer to explore any available solutions.
