Do you offer home or jobsite visits?
We do. Our team regularly provides home and jobsite visits to help ensure your project starts off right. This can include measuring windows and doors, reviewing project requirements, or measuring for kitchen and bath projects through our Kitchen, Bath & Flooring Design Center.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
Goodro Lumber is based in Middlebury, Vermont (please visit our Locations page). We proudly serve customers throughout Addison County and surrounding areas, including Chittenden and Rutland counties. We also deliver across Lake Champlain into New York, serving communities up to Plattsburgh and beyond.

Can you help with special orders or non-stock items?
Yes. In addition to our in-stock selection, we can source a wide range of special-order products through our trusted vendor partners — including trusses, metal roofing, specialty lumber, decking, railings, windows, doors, and more.
Do you work with homeowners as well as contractors?
Absolutely. We work with both professional builders and homeowners, offering knowledgeable service, product guidance, and design support for projects of all sizes.
Do you offer tool rentals?
Currently, Goodro Lumber offers cellulose blower rentals to support insulation projects. We maintain multiple blowers in varying sizes, each equipped with the necessary tubing and accessories. Additional rental offerings may be added in the future.
