Designing and installing a new kitchen or bathroom space is an exciting and creative endeavor -- one that ultimately defines so much of the personality and feel of a home's interior. The design process also requires meticulous precision and planning to ensure that cabinets, trim, plumbing fixtures, and other finishes come together with each other and the space perfectly.
SERVICES OFFERED
Goodro offers full-service design and project execution to help bring your vision for a new interior space to life. Our team of talented and experienced designers work closely with both homeowners and their builders through all steps of this iterative and collaborative process, including:
- First, carefully listening to understand our clients' vision for the space as well as real-life constraints like space and budget
- Visiting the site to understand the aesthetic of the space and collect precise measurements of the project.
- Guiding and advising the selection of millwork, countertops, fixtures, and other products. We do this by sharing our deep knowledge and understanding of the vast array of vendors and products that are available in the industry.
- Drafting layout designs, 3-D renderings of the space, and customized product specifications. These are iteratively reviewed and re-drafted with our clients until they are thrilled with the design and its documentations. Plans are also carefully reviewed with the builder to ensure project feasibility and understanding.
- Ordering all materials to custom specifications from the relevant manufacturers and managing the production and delivery process.
- Closely coordinating delivery timelines and communicating installation specifications with the builder to ensure flawless execution.

KITCHEN & BATH PROJECT TERMS
Design Project Engagement Deposit: An upfront deposit of $1,200 is required at the time of initiating a new design project. The full amount of the deposit will be credited to the client's subsequent purchase of cabinetry, countertops, finishes and other materials used in the project.
Design Services Scope: Our standard design project scope includes the following:
- Multiple consultations with our design staff
- One site visit including full measurements of the project
- Delivery of a complete first design plan, including layout plan, elevation plan, 3-D rendering, and item list
- One plan revision if requested following client feedback and consultation
- Full-service project execution and support through installation
Project scope may be expanded (eg additional design revisions) at client's request at an hourly rate basis.
